Weather: Unfortunately, we cannot predict Mother Nature and her tendencies. If your session conflicts with inclement weather, our team will reschedule you for the soonest availability. Please know that we strive to accommodate our clients & provide the highest level of service.
Payments: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required upfront for all service's exceeding $500. For services under $500, full payment is required upfront, and all retainers are non-refundable. A processing fee will be added to payments due, which is not included in the total package price. Accepted payment methods include Square Credit/ Debit, Cash App, Cash, or Check. (A $100 inconvenience fee will be applied for returned checks*)
ALL SALES: All packages are subject to change after one consecutive year, during which time any credit or gift certificates exceeding the original terms will obligate clients to accept the changes, regardless of notice. To maintain the package sale terms, clients must book within the year of purchase. Please note that no refunds will be issued.
Re-schedule: If re-scheduling occurs more than once, a non-refundable fee of $50 will be incurred. Failure to appear or late arrival exceeding 15 minutes will result in forfeiture of all non-refundable retainers, with no credit granted. Life emergencies do occur, and credits may be held for future use, up to two years from the purchase date, at the photographer's discretion.
Session time: If clients are more than 15 minutes late to their session, a re-scheduling will be necessary to avoid conflicting with another client's time frame. To re-schedule, a $50 late fee will be incurred. It is important to arrive on time, so please plan accordingly. If you are late to a seasonal mini session, you will forfeit your time and payments made.
