Before booking a session, I’d love to introduce myself. My name is Becca, and I specialize in Maternity and Newborn photography. While my expertise extends into other areas, I bring over 11 years of full-time photography experience to every session. Alongside my photography career, I am also a full-time student. When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me studying, traveling, or spending time with my daughter or our fur pups.

Do I get nervous during sessions? The answer is no. As your photographer, my goal is to make you feel completely at ease. I guide and coach you throughout the entire session, ensuring you never feel unsure or uncomfortable. I understand that being in front of the camera can feel intimidating, but rest assured you are in good hands. I especially love capturing candid moments, as they showcase genuine emotion and authentic connection.

I am direct and outspoken, and I value honesty and transparency. While I may appear reserved at first (yes, I’m aware of my RBF), I am deeply caring and attentive. I’m drawn to Victorian, bohemian, and antique aesthetics, and I find joy in the smallest details. That said, I’m a minimalist at heart, believing that less is more… Except during the holidays.

Patience is one of my greatest strengths, especially when working with children. I believe patience allows space for true moments to unfold, resulting in timeless images you’ll cherish for years to come.

This is a friendly reminder regarding our scheduling policies for the 2026–2027 season.
  • If you arrive late for your scheduled session, your appointment will be canceled after 15 minutes if there has been no communication regarding your delay. A $50 rescheduling fee will apply.
  • All sessions must be confirmed the day prior to the appointment. If confirmation is not received, the session will be canceled. A $50 rescheduling fee may be charged for cancellations occurring within the 24–48-hour session window.
  • All sessions are allowed 1 reschedule by the client without incurring a fee.
We kindly ask that you plan accordingly and respect these policies, as they are necessary to ensure fairness and availability for all clients. Please note that exceptions cannot be guaranteed, and disputes regarding these policies will not be accommodated.

If you have young children attending your session, we recommend scheduling their nap at least 5 hours before your appointment time. Children who nap immediately before or upon arrival may be less cooperative during the session. While we will always do our best to capture beautiful images, we cannot be held responsible for limited cooperation due to sleep schedules or fatigue.

Newborn Sessions:
Newborn sessions are best scheduled within the first 0–20 days after your baby's arrival.

To help ensure a smooth and successful session, please:
  • Dress baby in loose-fitting clothing to avoid skin marks.
  • Bring a pacifier, even if baby does not regularly use one.
  • Bring a bottle of milk or prepared feeding supplies.
  • If breastfeeding, we fully respect your privacy and will provide accommodations as needed.
For family newborn sessions, we typically begin with family portraits and then transition to individual newborn images.

Maternity Sessions:
Maternity sessions are best scheduled between 30–35 weeks of pregnancy.

Please bring:
  • A sonogram photo (if desired)
  • Any personal items or props you would like incorporated into your gallery
Editing Style & Image Delivery
Our signature editing style includes both dark/moody and light/moody aesthetics. We are not typically a light/airy editors! By booking with Remmay Photography, you acknowledge and appreciate the artistic style represented throughout our portfolio.
Please note:
  • All final images are edited according to the photographer's creative vision and workflow.
  • Additional editing requests may incur an extra fee unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Requests submitted after gallery delivery are subject to additional editing charges.
  • RAW, unedited images are not provided unless explicitly stated in your package agreement.
  • The photographer will carefully select the best images from your session for viewing. Within approximately 7–14 business days, you will receive an online proof gallery containing watermarked images from which you may make your selections via email.
If you have specific editing preferences, please discuss them before your session so we can determine whether accommodations can be made.

Illness & Safety Precautions:
To protect the health and safety of our clients and team members, we kindly ask that you reschedule your session if you:
  • Have been ill within the past 7 days, or
  • Have had close exposure to someone who has been sick within the past 7 days of your scheduled session.
We appreciate your cooperation, especially as we frequently work with newborns, expectant mothers, children, seniors, and other vulnerable populations.

Sunday Appointments:
Sunday sessions are available by request only and are subject to a $55 convenience fee, as Sundays are our designated day off. This fee is non-negotiable and applies without exception.
Please note that once a Sunday session has been reserved, the $55 convenience fee remains due even if the appointment is later canceled or rescheduled, as the time has been specifically set aside to accommodate your request.

Studio Sessions:
Studio sessions require an additional $70 studio fee, which is not included in package pricing and will be added separately to your selected session package.
Weather Policy:

Unfortunately, weather conditions are beyond our control. If your session is impacted by inclement weather, our team will work with you to reschedule your appointment for the earliest available date. We are committed to providing the highest level of service and will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your scheduling needs.

Payment Policy:
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve all services exceeding $500. For services under $500, payment in full is required at the time of booking. All retainers and payments made toward services are non-refundable. Please note that a processing fee may be added to payments and is not included in package pricing. Accepted forms of payment include:
  • Credit/Debit Card (via Square)
  • Cash
Package Terms & Sales Policy:
All package pricing, promotions, credits, and gift certificates are subject to change after one (1) year from the original purchase date. Clients wishing to retain the original package terms and pricing must schedule and complete their session within one year of purchase.

Any unused credits, gift certificates, or package balances redeemed after one year will be subject to current pricing, policies, and package offerings. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Rescheduling Policy:
Clients may reschedule their session once without penalty, provided adequate notice is given. Any additional rescheduling requests will incur a $50 non-refundable rescheduling fee.
Failure to communicate, arrive, or appear within 15 minutes of the scheduled session time may result in forfeiture of all retainers and payments made, with no credit issued. We understand that unforeseen emergencies can occur. At the photographer's sole discretion, a credit may be issued and held for future use for up to two (2) years from the original purchase date.

Arrival & Session Time Policy:
To ensure fairness to all clients and maintain our schedule, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule their session to avoid conflicts with other appointments. A $50 late rescheduling fee will apply. Please plan accordingly and allow sufficient travel time. For seasonal mini sessions, late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the scheduled time slot and all payments made, as these sessions operate on a strict schedule and cannot be extended.

Client Acknowledgment:
We kindly ask all clients to review, understand, and comply with these terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a positive experience for all clients and to allow us to provide the highest quality service possible. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated.
Regular sessions have a 30-business day (Monday–Friday) turnaround time. Wedding and event galleries require approximately 70-80 business days (Monday–Friday) for full delivery.

If you anticipate needing your images sooner, it is extremely important to notify the photographer at the time of booking so accommodations can be discussed in advance.

For expedited delivery, we offer a Fast-Track service, which guarantees a fully completed gallery within 5 business days (Monday–Friday) from the session date. The Fast-Track service is available for an additional fee of $400.

Please note that communication is very important to us, and all gallery updates are provided via email. Kindly remember that Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days and are excluded from all turnaround timelines.

We recommend booking your session 4–6 weeks in advance of the date you anticipate needing photography services with Remmay Photography to help ensure availability.

During the holiday season, we strongly encourage booking 8–10 weeks in advance due to high demand.

Upon booking, you will be asked a brief series of questions. This information allows our team to better understand your needs and provide the highest level of service for your session.



Session Confirmation & Communication
All session confirmations and final details are sent the day prior to your appointment via email. We are also happy to assist with color schemes and outfit inspiration to help ensure your session reflects your vision. Our goal is to make your experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

Photographer Arrival & Scheduling
The photographer typically arrives at the scheduled location on time. However, in rare cases, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or emergencies may cause delays. In these instances, clients will be notified as soon as possible. If the photographer is unable to attend the scheduled session for any reason, the session will be rescheduled at the earliest available date. We kindly ask for your understanding should this occur, as we always strive to provide the best possible service.

Location Planning
If you have a preferred location, please provide this at the time of booking so that travel and scheduling considerations can be properly planned.

Prints, Orders & Gallery Access
All prints and products can be purchased directly through your online gallery, which will be delivered to your email upon gallery completion. 

Please note that we utilize a professional print lab for all orders. Clients are strongly encouraged to review all order details carefully prior to checkout, as the lab does not accommodate reprints or replacements due to user error. (Pass.Us)

The photographer also offers custom orders upon request, including albums, holiday cards, and business or specialty canvas prints.

Gallery Availability
All galleries remain active for 3 months from the date of completion. After this period, galleries will be archived. To reopen a closed gallery, a $50 reactivation fee is required to regain access for an additional year per gallery.
