I invite you to explore my photographic style, and I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
Before booking a session, I’d love to introduce myself. My name is Becca, and I specialize in Maternity and Newborn photography. While my expertise extends into other areas, I bring over 10 years of full-time photography experience to every session. Alongside my photography career, I am also a full-time student. When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me studying, coaching, traveling, or spending time with my daughter or our fur pups.
Do I get nervous during sessions? The answer is no. As your photographer, my goal is to make you feel completely at ease. I guide and coach you throughout the entire session, ensuring you never feel unsure or uncomfortable. I understand that being in front of the camera can feel intimidating, but rest assured you are in good hands. I especially love capturing candid moments, as they showcase genuine emotion and authentic connection.
I am direct and outspoken, and I value honesty and transparency. While I may appear reserved at first (yes, I’m aware of my RBF), I am deeply caring and attentive. I’m drawn to Victorian, bohemian, and antique aesthetics, and I find joy in the smallest details. That said, I’m a minimalist at heart, believing that less is more… Except during the holidays.
Patience is one of my greatest strengths, especially when working with children. I believe patience allows space for true moments to unfold, resulting in timeless images you’ll cherish for years to come.

LATE OR NO SHOW TO SESSION/SERVICES!
Just a quick reminder regarding our scheduling policy for 2026. If you arrive late to your scheduled session, the appointment will be automatically canceled, and a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.
Additionally, sessions must be confirmed the day prior. If a session is not confirmed, it will be canceled and a $50 rescheduling fee will be held.
Please plan accordingly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and ask that these policies be respected, as no exceptions or disputes will be tolerated. We truly appreciate you and look forward to your session!

If you have young children, we suggest a nap (5) hours prior to your session time. Napping upon arrival to session will cause them to not be cooperative, and in this situation, we cannot be held responsible!
Newborn sessions: are best done within the first 0-20 days of grand arrival, be sure to dress baby(s) in loose clothing. A pacifier even if they do not use it along with a bottle of milk. If breast fed, we do respect your privacy! Workflow for family Newborn sessions. We will start with family & then focus on babies for individual portraits.
Maternity sessions: best done between 30-34 weeks be sure to bring a sonogram photo, along with anything you would like to use for your gallery. Maternity gowns are provided for your session, if you're interested, please let the Photographer know so the inventory gallery can be sent to you. Gowns are available for rental for regular sessions, please inquire for rental fee.
Editing technic: We utilize dark/moody and light/moody editing styles. Please note that this is the Photographer's standard workflow. If you have retained Remmay Photography, you are familiar with our work, which speaks for itself. Any additional editing requests will incur extra charge, unless stated otherwise. Once the gallery is completed and delivered, any further requests will also incur additional charges. If you have specific editing requirements, please make prior arrangements to ensure we can accommodate your needs. Raw images are not provided, unless stated otherwise and all images are edited in accordance with the photographer's style.
Illness precautions: In consideration of the health and safety of our clients and team members, we kindly request that you reschedule your session if you have been ill or exposed to someone who has been sick within the past 7 days around your service time. We understand your enthusiasm for your session and appreciate your cooperation in prioritizing safety, particularly for our photographer who works closely with infants, expecting mothers and seniors.
"Sundays are available by request with a $55 fee, as it is my only day off. Please note that this fee is non-negotiable — no exceptions."
Studio sessions include a $70 studio fee that is not included in the package pricing, it is an add-on.

Weather interruptions, rescheduling, payments, and session times!
Weather: Unfortunately, we cannot predict Mother Nature and her tendencies. If your session conflicts with inclement weather, our team will reschedule you for the soonest availability. Please know that we strive to accommodate our clients & provide the highest level of service.
Payments: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required upfront for all service's exceeding $500. For services under $500, full payment is required upfront, and all retainers are non-refundable. A processing fee will be added to payments due, which is not included in the total package price. Accepted payment methods include Square Credit/ Debit or Cash.
ALL SALES: All packages are subject to change after one consecutive year, during which time any credit or gift certificates exceeding the original terms will obligate clients to accept the changes, regardless of notice. To maintain the package sale terms, clients must book within the year of purchase. Please note that no refunds will be issued.
Re-schedule: If re-scheduling occurs more than once, a non-refundable fee of $50 will be incurred by client. Failure to appear 15 minutes prior to session or late arrival exceeding 15 minutes from session scheduled time will result in forfeiture of all non-refundable retainers, with no credit granted. Life emergencies do occur, and credits may be held for future use, up to two years from the purchase date, at the Photographer's discretion.
Session time: If clients are more than 15 minutes late to their session, a re-scheduling will be necessary to avoid conflicting with another client's time frame. To re-schedule, a $50 late fee will be incurred. It is important to arrive on time, so please plan accordingly. If you are late to a seasonal mini session, you will forfeit your time and payments made.

Turnaround Time?
Regular sessions have a (30) business day (Mon-Fri) turnaround time, Wedding & Events have an (70) business day (Mon-Fri) turnaround time. If, you know you're going to need the images sooner it is "VERY" important to let the Photographer(s) know upon booking. If you need them right away, I highly recommend the fast-track, this guarantee's full completed gallery in 5 business days (Mon-Fri) from your session date, fast-track is $400! Communication is very important to us, and we always keep the clients updated VIA EMAIL! Please remember Saturday and Sundays are not considered business days.
When should I book with Remmay Photography?
Please be sure to book 4-6 weeks prior to when you know you're going to need a photography service with Remmay Photography to guarantee availability time! Holiday Season we encourage booking 8-10 weeks prior.

How I keep you in the loop...
Confirmation and details are always confirmed the day prior to our session date via EMAIL. We are happy to help with color scheme and outfit inspirations let's make your session everything you truly want it to be. The Photographer is normally at the set location at scheduled times, if your Photographer is late, please remember that life happens & traffic or even emergencies delay one sometimes & you are notified ASAP. If your photographer cannot make the time for whatever reason, we will reschedule you, in which we do ask that the client's be very understanding of the situation, if this ever happens! If you have a location in mind that is asked at booking for commute purposes.
I want to place Orders & Re-open gallery for access!
All prints/orders can be purchased through your online gallery that is sent to your email upon completion. Please know that we use a print lab, please be sure to read details prior to check-out with the purchase as they "do not" accommodate anyone if an error occurs. (Pass.Us)
